Numaish is an Urdu word which means “Exhibition”. It is held in Hyderabad started with 100 stalls from the year 1938, 1st January to 15th February by Nizam of Hyderabad. About 2600 stalls are held and 25 lakh people attended this event as per the report in the year 2013. It is an open air exhibition with the different type’s products and goods that are in Hyderabad, where people wait for this exhibition. It is an All India Industrial Exhibition that is known to be the country’s biggest display windows and bazaar-style sale for trade, commerce, and industry, participants organised in Hyderabad where people come from different states of the country as well as different parts of the world to sell and buy the things that are held at Exhibition Grounds in Nampally and every road in Hyderabad makes its way to this place during the time of exhibition.
It is only place in the Hyderabad where all items are seen based on the special grades of states in India like Kashmir, Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Bombay, etc. and can be bought at cheaper rates just by visiting Exhibition. Some of the regular products include handicrafts and textiles, electronic devices, jewellery, handicrafts, and dried fruits. Bargaining is the most common thing that is seen at the Exhibition and makes lot of fun for both customer and owner of the stall.
The Exhibition also include mini-train, Ferris wheel, motorcycle stunts in stunt globes, and many others which provide lot of fun and entertainment to the people. There are different varieties of delicious foods of Hyderabad as well as other parts of the country available in the food courts for the people who are interested in food.
